Ingredients

  • 2 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 jalapeños (glass)
  • 2 tbsp corn germ oil
  • 1 l chicken broth
  • 3 limes (1 untreated)
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 2 chicken breast fillets (~150 g each)
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • Salt
  • black pepper (ground)
  • 0.5 handful fresh chopped cilantro

    Halve the avocados, remove the pits, gently press the flesh out of the skins, and cut into narrow ribbons. Finally, place them in the soup and season with salt and pepper. Serve in bowls and sprinkle with cilantro. Offer tortilla chips on the side as desired.
