Ingredients
- 250 g crème fraîche
- 250 g smoked fish fillet (e.g., mackerel, trout, salmon)
- 6 sheets white gelatin
- pepper (ground)
- Salt
- 1 tsp Mustard
- Lemon juice
- 2 tsp dill sprigs (finely chopped)
- 100 g whipping cream

Soak gelatin in cold water.

Finely chop smoked fish and mix with crème fraîche. Season with salt, pepper, and mustard, then add dill sprigs.
