Ingredients

  • 250 g crème fraîche
  • 250 g smoked fish fillet (e.g., mackerel, trout, salmon)
  • 6 sheets white gelatin

  • Salt
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp dill sprigs (finely chopped)
  • 100 g whipping cream

Instructions

    Soak gelatin in cold water.

    Finely chop smoked fish and mix with crème fraîche. Season with salt, pepper, and mustard, then add dill sprigs.
