Ingredients
- 150 g tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 red chili pepper
- 4 tbsp oil
- pimento (½ tsp ground)
- cinnamon (½ tsp ground)
- 80 g roasted peanuts
- 100 ml poultry broth (instant)
- 2 Romaine Lettuce Hearts
- 1 bunch spring onions
- 450 g sliced turkey
- 125 ml sherry
- Salt
- 12 taco shells (pre-made, 125g each)
Instructions

Briefly blanch tomatoes, cool, peel, core and dice. Peel onion and garlic. Dice onion. Slice chili pepper lengthwise, remove seeds and chop.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a small pot over medium heat; sauté onion cubes until translucent, add pressed garlic, then chili and cook briefly. Remove from heat, add tomatoes, pimento, cinnamon and 60 g peanuts, pour in broth and blend everything into a smooth sauce.
