The shrimp wraps are protein‑rich, spicy and filling – for mindful eating without compromise. The brand name has been removed.
Ingredients
- 4 Lollo Rosso lettuce leaves
- 1 tomato
- 0.5 mini cucumber
- 50 g mozzarella (45% fat in the product)
- 2 whole‑grain tortilla sheets
- 2 tbsp cream cheese (45% fat in the product; 20 g each)
- 6 cooked shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 sprays chili sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Peel, wash, halve the tomato and slice into rounds. Peel, wash and slice the cucumber. Slice the mozzarella as well.

Warm the tortilla sheets according to package instructions if desired and spread 1 tbsp cream cheese on each. Place two lettuce leaves on top. Evenly distribute tomato and cucumber slices. Add mozzarella. Center the shrimp.

Add one spray of chili sauce over the shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Fold in the sides of the wraps, then roll tightly. Cut the wraps in half and serve immediately.
