- 400 g green asparagus
- 400 g broccoli florets
- Salt
- 2 bell peppers (red and yellow)
- 6 Spring Onions
- 300 g shrimp (pre‑cooked)
- 3 tbsp peanut oil
- soy sauce
- black pepper (ground)
- cilantro leaves (for garnish)

Peel the lower third of the asparagus and cut into ~4 cm pieces. Blanch with broccoli florets in salted water for about 5 minutes, then shock in ice water and drain. Slice bell peppers into strips after removing skin, stems, seeds. Cut spring onions into ~4 cm pieces. Pat shrimp dry.

Sauté spring onions and bell pepper strips in hot oil for 2–3 minutes, push to the side, then add shrimp and cook about 1 minute. Add asparagus and broccoli, stir‑fry everything together for another 1–2 minutes. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper, garnish with cilantro, and serve.
