Shrimp Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 cube fresh yeast (42 g)
- 600 g flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 60 ml olive oil
- 250 g fresh spinach leaves
- 400 g cherry tomatoes
- 400 g shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 0.5 bunch Basil
- 2 onions
- flour (for the work surface)
- fat (for the trays)
- 250 g freshly grated cheese (e.g., Gouda, Emmental)
Instructions

Dissolve the yeast in 300 ml lukewarm water. Mix the flour with the salt, place it in a bowl, create a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture and oil. Knead into a smooth dough by hand, cover and let rise in a warm spot for 1 hour.

Rinse, wash, trim, and dry the spinach. Wash the tomatoes and slice them. Rinse the shrimp and pat dry.

Wash the basil, shake off excess water, and pluck the leaves. Peel the onions and cut into strips. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F) with upper and lower heat.

Divide the dough into four equal portions and roll each on a floured surface to pizza‑bake sheet size. Line greased trays with the dough and distribute the spinach, tomatoes, basil, shrimp, and onion strips over it.

Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown. Remove and serve cut into pieces.
