The Sekt cocktail from Spoonsparrow is perfect for celebrations. Mint and elderflower syrup give the drink a fruity and fresh taste.

Ingredients

  • 4 tsp elderflower syrup
  • 500 ml semi-dry sparkling wine
  • 2 sprigs Mint

Instructions

    Add 1 tsp elderflower syrup to each flute and fill with 125 ml well-chilled sparkling wine.

    Wash the mint, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stems, then garnish the cocktail with mint leaves and serve immediately.
