Seezunge mit Thai-Basilikum

Ingredients

  • 600 g sea bass fillet
  • 2 EL oyster sauce
  • 2 EL fish sauce
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 Organic Limes
  • 1 bundle Thai basil
  • 2 EL sunflower oil
  • 1 EL soy sauce

Instructions

    Rinse the sea bass fillets under cold water, pat dry and cut in half. Marinate with 1 EL oyster sauce and fish sauce for about 30 minutes.

    Meanwhile peel the carrots, halve lengthwise and slice into rounds. Rinse limes hot and slice thinly. Wash basil, shake off moisture and pluck leaves.

    Heat oil in a non-stick pan and sauté carrots, lime slices and fish over medium heat for about 2 minutes. Season with soy sauce, remaining fish and oyster sauces, add basil leaves and serve immediately.
