Seafood Pizza

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cube Yeast
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 450 g flour
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 large can peeled tomatoes
  • 250 g mozzarella
  • 400 g mixed seafood (frozen)
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • 60 g Parmesan (freshly grated)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 bunch spring onions

Instructions

    Crumble yeast into a bowl and stir with 200 ml lukewarm water and sugar until smooth, then add flour, olive oil and salt and knead into a supple dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.

    Place the dough on a lightly floured baking sheet and roll out.

    Drain the tomatoes, crush with a fork, spread over the pizza dough leaving a small edge. Season with salt and pepper and distribute thawed seafood on top. Slice mozzarella into thin rounds and lay them on the pizza. Wash, trim and slice spring onions into rings, also scatter on the pizza, sprinkle everything with parmesan and drizzle olive oil.

    Bake in a preheated oven (bottom rack, 220°C) for about 15 minutes.
