Ingredients
- 4 scallops (prepped)
- 200 g shrimp
- 500 g mussels (cleaned)
- 6 perch fillets
- 1 large broccoli
- 0.5 bunch marjoram
- 2 handful of kidney beans
- 500 ml fish stock
- 2 tbsp crab paste
- 50 ml oil
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 100 ml White wine
- Salt
- Pepper

Clean the beans. Wash the broccoli, cut into florets and blanch both in salted water for 3-5 minutes, then shock in ice water. Prepare the seafood. Add the stock ingredients to a pot, add some marjoram, bring to a boil, season with salt and pepper.

Add the seafood and let it cook in the broth until done. Separate mussel meat from shells. Add broccoli and beans, stir, heat briefly again and adjust seasoning. Plate and garnish with marjoram before serving.
