Ingredients
- 100 g sea buckthorn berries
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp apple syrup
- a pinch iodized salt
- 100 g flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 75 ml buttermilk (lemon)
- 8 paper cups
- 4 strawberries
- fresh mint
Instructions

Wash and clean the sea buckthorn berries. Separate the egg. Whisk the yolk with the apple syrup and salt until frothy.

Sift the flour and baking powder together. Beat them into the egg mixture with a whisk, then stir in the buttermilk. Fold in the sea buckthorn berries except for a few reserved for decoration. Whip the egg whites to stiff peaks and fold them in as well.
