Sea Bream with Italian Herb Sauce

Ingredients
- 600 g green beans
- 1 Shallot
- 125 g Arla Kærgården® Pikant Italian Herbs (= 1 pack)
- 600 g sea bream fillets with skin (4 fillets)
- 1-2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt
- 3-4 tbsp flour
- 400 ml fish stock
- 100 ml heavy cream
- freshly ground pepper

Wash and trim the beans. Peel the shallot, dice finely, and sauté in 3 tbsp Arla Kærgården Pikant Italian Herbs for about 10‑15 minutes.

Rinse the sea bream fillets, pat dry, season with salt and lemon juice, then coat lightly with 1‑2 tbsp flour. Heat 2 tbsp Arla Kærgården Pikant Italian Herbs, brown the fillets on both sides, and set aside warm.

Add the remaining Arla Kærgården Pikant Italian Herbs to the leftover fat and warm it up. Add 2 tbsp flour and sauté briefly. Pour in fish stock and cream, bring to a boil, then season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Plate the fillets, sauce, and beans on a dish and serve with tagliatelle if desired.
