Savory Tomato Tart with Cheese and Ham

Ingredients
- 350 g puff pastry (frozen)
- 2 beef tomatoes
- 250 g cherry tomatoes (canned)
- 150 g mozzarella
- flour (for the work surface)
- 6 slices Parma ham
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tsp Dried thyme
- olive oil

Preheat the oven to 200°C with upper and lower heat.

Let the puff pastry thaw. Wash the tomatoes, remove stems, and slice thinly. Rinse the cherry tomatoes and pat dry gently. Drain the mozzarella well and slice thinly.

On a floured work surface lightly roll out the puff pastry and line a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Form a small edge and prick the bottom several times with a fork. Arrange the ham and mozzarella slices on the pastry, season lightly with salt and pepper, then distribute the tomato slices and cherry tomatoes on top. Sprinkle with thyme, season again, drizzle with olive oil, and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. Remove and serve cut into pieces.
