Ingredients
- 4 pieces salmon trout fillet (about 150 g each)
- 2 stalks leeks
- 2 carrots
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 4 Tbsp lime juice
- Salt
- white pepper (coarsely ground)
- dill (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan.

Wash and pat dry the fish fillets.

Wash, trim, and slice the leeks into thin strips. Peel and cut the carrots into thin strips or shave them. Mix with half of the oil and half of the lime juice, season with salt. Place a mound on each piece of parchment paper and lay a fillet on top. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle remaining oil and lime juice. Wrap in parchment, seal well, and bake for about 15 minutes. Serve garnished with fresh dill.
