Ingredients

  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 2 cm fresh horseradish
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • Salt
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 sprigs dill
  • 200 g fresh salmon fillet (skinless, ready to cook)
  • Pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

    Wash the lemon hot, dry it and zest with a zester. Squeeze out the juice. Peel and finely grate the horseradish. Set aside some for garnish; mix the rest with 2 tbsp lemon juice and the sour cream. Season with salt.

    Wash, peel, halve the cucumber and remove the seeds. Cut into about 1 cm cubes. Rinse the dill, shake dry and finely chop. Wash the salmon, pat dry and cube it as well. Combine the salmon, cucumber and dill.
