Salmon Spinach Lasagna

- 1 onion
- 350 g spinach leaves
- 6 Garlic cloves
- 500 g Green Asparagus
- 12 lasagne sheets
- Salt
- 30 g Butter
- freshly ground pepper
- 150 g Smoked salmon
- 4 tbsp salmon caviar

Peel and finely dice the onion. Clean and wash the spinach. Peel the garlic and slice into thin rounds. Wash the green asparagus, trim 3 cm from the bottom and cut the rest into small pieces. Cook the lasagne sheets according to package instructions in plenty of boiling salted water.

Meanwhile heat butter in a pot, sauté onions, garlic, and asparagus while stirring. Add 50 ml water and simmer until the liquid evaporates. Add spinach, letting it wilt. Stir for 2 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Drain the lasagne sheets and layer them on plates with the vegetables and smoked salmon. Garnish with salmon caviar and serve immediately.
