Der Spoonsparrow-Salat mit Sprossen schmeckt knackig-frisch und macht als Vorspeise richtig was her.

Ingredients

  • 300 g mixed leafy salad
  • 80 g soy sprouts
  • 60 g alfalfa sprouts
  • 200 g Cherry tomatoes
  • juice of one lemon
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

    Clean, wash and cut the salad into strips. Rinse the soy sprouts in a sieve with boiling water and drain. Wash the cherry tomatoes, halve them, remove the stem ends and slice. Mix the soy sprouts, tomatoes with the salad.

    Whisk lemon juice with salt, pepper and olive oil; toss the salad with this dressing, plate it and garnish with alfalfa sprouts.
