Ingredients
- 2 pita breads
- 2 tbsp butter
- 0.25 head lettuce
- 150 g feta cheese
- 100 g cocktail tomatoes
- 1 white onion
- 0.5 bunch Parsley
- salt, pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Wash the salad and tear into bite-sized pieces. Cut the breads in half, butter the lower halves and top with salad leaves. Slice the feta cheese. Wash parsley, finely chop it and mix with oil, salt, and pepper.

Add the feta cheese to the dressing. Wash tomatoes and slice them. Peel the onion and cut into thin rings. Garnish the salad leaves with feta in the dressing and tomatoes, topping with onion rings.
