Ingredients
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 12 smoked sprats
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- dill sprigs (for garnish)

Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.

Scoop out the yolks with a teaspoon, finely chop them. Remove the head, tail, and middle spine from the sprats, chop into small pieces (reserve the tails), and blend with 2/3 of the chopped yolks and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper. Fill the egg halves with the mixture, sprinkle remaining yolks and dill on top, and decorate with sprat tails.
