Ingredients
- 250 g smoked pork belly
- 500 g pork neck
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 400 g swede (rutabaga)
- 2 carrots
- 200 g waxy potatoes
- 200 g Green beans
- 2 tbsp clarified butter
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 200 ml dry white wine
- 250 ml meat broth
- 1 sprig rosemary
- Salt
- ground pepper

Wash, pat dry, and cube the pork. Wash, peel, or clean the onion, garlic, swede, carrots, potatoes, and green beans; cut into cubes and break the beans apart.

Brown the pork in hot clarified butter, then add the vegetables. Sauté briefly, then stir in the tomato paste. Deglaze with wine and broth. Add the rosemary needles, season with salt and pepper, cover, and simmer for about 50 minutes, stirring occasionally. Taste before serving.
