Romaine Salad with Sheep Cheese, Tomatoes and Avocado

Ingredients

  • 2 Romaine Lettuce Hearts
  • 6 small cherry tomatoes
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 6 tbsp lime juice
  • 200 g Feta Cheese
  • 80 g Black olives
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 200 g Sour Cream
  • 1 red pepper

Instructions

    Separate the salad into individual leaves, rinse under running water, clean and tear apart. Wash the tomatoes, cut off the stem end in a wedge shape, and slice them into rounds.

    Halve the avocado, remove the pit, cut into thin slices, peel the skin, and mix with 2 tbsp lime juice. Dice the feta cheese. Toss all ingredients together loosely and arrange decoratively in four bowls.

    Whisk the remaining lime juice with salt, pepper, oil, and sour cream; pour over the salad. Clean the red pepper, remove seeds, slice into fine strips, sprinkle on top, and serve.
