Ingredients

  • 400 g almond kernels
  • 2 egg whites
  • Salt
  • paprika powder (sweet)

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 200°C.

    Boil some water in a pot, add almonds and simmer for 1-2 minutes, then strain into a colander, briefly rinse, and press the light kernels out of their skins.

    Whisk egg whites on a deep plate until creamy. Toss almonds in them and spread on parchment paper-lined tray. Sprinkle with salt and paprika powder.

    Roast almonds in preheated oven for about 15 minutes. Let cool on tray, then package nicely.
