- 1.5 kg muskmelon pumpkin
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp liquid honey
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- thyme (for garnish)

Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F) with upper and lower heat.

Wash, core, and cut the pumpkin into wedges. Place on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil. Brush with honey and season with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for about 35 minutes until golden brown.

Serve garnished with thyme.
