Spoonsparrow roasted cauliflower is a tasty vegan side dish. The crispy cauliflower pairs well with potatoes and sauce, fried snacks, and much more.

Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower (about 1 kg)
- 0.5 lemon
- 1 l plant oil (for frying)
- 0.5 bunch flat-leaf parsley (for garnish)
Instructions

Remove leaves from the cauliflower. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice with the cauliflower to boiling salted water, cover and cook for about 10 minutes. Drain well and let cool. Remove the stem so the head stays intact.

Heat frying oil in a deep fryer to 170 °C and fry the cauliflower upside down until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and place on plates. Wash parsley, shake dry, pluck leaves and garnish the cauliflower.
