Roasted Bell Peppers

- 1 kg bell pepper (red, orange, yellow)
- 40 ml sunflower oil
- Salt

Preheat the oven to 220°C with grill function (or top heat).

Wash and dry the bell peppers, cut them in half and remove the stem along with the white skins and seeds. Cut the peppers lengthwise into quarters.

Spray a large baking sheet with oil. Place the pepper pieces skin side up on it. Slide onto the top rack of the oven and bake for 5-10 minutes. The peppers should be soft and the skins should develop light black blisters.

Remove the finished peppers from the oven and let them cool covered with a damp kitchen towel.

Take them off the sheet and peel the skin with a small sharp knife. Lightly salt the peppers before serving.
