Ingredients

  • 400 g rice
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 400 g red cabbage
  • 400 g white cabbage
  • 100 ml White wine
  • 600 ml Vegetable Broth
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Wash the rice in a sieve under running water.

    Wash the bell peppers, halve them, remove seeds and cut into strips.

  3. 3.

    Wash the cabbages, trim and slice into strips.

  4. 4.

    Bring the vegetable broth with white wine and tomato paste to a boil. Add cabbage and rice, cover and simmer for about 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally. After about 15 minutes add the bell pepper slices. If needed, add more broth. Finally season with salt and pepper.
