Ingredients
- 350 g long‑grain rice
- 3 stalks dill
- 2 Stalks Mint
- 4 stalks flat‑leaf parsley
- 2 stalks basil
- 2 small red chilies
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 30 g margarine
- 30 g pine nuts
- Salt
- pepper (from grinder)
Instructions

Cook the rice for about 20 minutes (or longer or shorter according to package instructions). Drain, rinse and let it drain well.

Wash all herbs, shake off water and pluck leaves from stems. Chop the herbs.

Wash, dry and chop the chilies. If you prefer less heat, remove the seeds before chopping.

Heat olive oil and margarine in a pan, sauté chili and pine nuts, then add the rice. Fry for 2–3 minutes while stirring, then fold in the herbs and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with basil if desired and serve.

Serve with, for example, fried tofu and tomato salad.
