Ingredients
- 200 g Long grain rice
- Salt
- 200 g carrots
- 200 g zucchini
- 150 g shallots
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- ground pepper
- 1 tsp herbs de Provence
Instructions

Cook the rice according to the manufacturer's instructions in salted water. Drain.

Clean and wash the vegetables. Slice the carrots and zucchini into thin strips. Quarter the shallots.

Heat the olive oil and sauté the vegetables. Deglaze with broth and let simmer for 5 minutes.

Stir in the rice, season with salt, pepper, and herbs de Provence. Serve hot.
