Ingredients
- 8 sheets rice paper (20 cm Ø)
- 125 g shrimps (peeled, ready to cook)
- 1 small chili pepper
- 1 tsp soy oil
- 8 small lettuce leaves (Lollo bionda)
- 200 g cucumber salad
- 3 Carrots
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander
- 4 walnut kernels
- 1 tsp pickled ginger
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 50 ml dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 pinch finely chopped ginger
- 1 bunch chives
- 1 lime (cut into wedges)

Mix all ingredients together and distribute evenly over the rice paper sheets. Drizzle with sesame oil, fold in the sides, and roll tightly.

Combine all dip ingredients and serve in small bowls, garnished with chives and lime wedges in water.
