Ingredients
- 500 g rice noodles
- 2 chili peppers
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 stalk of leek
- 2 tbsp honey
- juice of half a lemon
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- soy sauce
- 4 tbsp oil
Instructions

Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions until al dente.

Wash and chop the chili peppers.

Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves.

Wash, trim, and slice the leek into rings.

Sauté the leek in 2 tbsp hot oil until golden brown.

Add the garlic and chili to the remaining oil and sauté. Add honey, vinegar, and lemon juice. Stir in a few tablespoons of water. Season with soy sauce and fold in drained noodles. Plate on bowls and garnish with additional leek slices.
