Ingredients

  • 300 g soft margarine
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 bottle rum flavoring
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 5 eggs
  • 300 g wheat flour
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 150 g dark chocolate (melted)
  • 100 g Ground Almonds
  • 125 ml red wine
  • 200 g powdered sugar
  • red wine (for mixing)

Instructions

    Grease and flour the bundt pan. Preheat oven to 180°C.

    Beat margarine in a bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add sugar, vanilla sugar, rum flavoring, and salt while stirring until a frothy, even mixture forms. Separate eggs; fold yolks into batter on high speed. Whisk egg whites into stiff peaks.
