Ingredients
- 250 g very fresh salmon fillet (sushi quality)
- 200 g red cabbage
- 2 young garlic cloves
- 2 stalks Thai basil
- 4 Spring Onions
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 5 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
Instructions

Rinse the salmon fillet under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Slice into finger-thick strips.

Clean, wash, and shred the red cabbage finely. Peel the garlic and slice into very thin rings.

Wash the Thai basil, shake off excess moisture, and pluck the leaves. Clean and rinse the spring onions.
