Ingredients
- 100 g low-fat quark
- 150 g Sour cream
- 50 g crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt
- pepper (from grinder)
- 0.5 bunch Chives
- 250 g plain yogurt
- 0.5 lime
- 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
- 1 Garlic clove
- 0.25 tsp turmeric
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 0.5 tsp ground cumin
- 1 small red chili pepper
- Salt
- pepper (from grinder)
- 250 ml best olive oil
- Salt
- pepper (from grinder)
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
Instructions

Whisk low-fat quark with sour cream, crème fraîche and lemon juice until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Wash the chives, dry them, cut into ribbons and fold in.

Mix yogurt with turmeric, cumin, crème fraîche and coriander leaves. Peel garlic. Squeeze lime. Add garlic to the mixture and season with lime juice, salt and pepper. Wash chili pepper, halve lengthwise, deseed and finely dice. Sprinkle over the dip.

Season olive oil with plenty of salt, pepper and rosemary needles.

Serve freshly washed and sliced vegetables and salad leaves alongside the dips.
