Ingredients
- 500 g ravioli (with ricotta filling)
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 onion (cut into small cubes)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 red bell peppers (cut into small cubes)
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 tsp Paprika powder (sweet)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tsp Cornstarch

Cook the pasta according to package instructions.

For the paprika sauce, sauté onion in butter until translucent, then add crème fraîche, vegetable broth, paprika powder and seasonings; bring to a boil. Add the bell pepper cubes (reserve some for garnish). Blend everything, return to pot. Whisk cornstarch with 1 tbsp water, stir into sauce, bring back to a boil and thicken. Taste and sprinkle remaining bell pepper cubes on top.

To serve, drain pasta, mix with oregano and olive oil, arrange on a platter with small cocktail skewers, and serve the dip alongside.
