Ingredients
- 1 orange
- 40 g walnut kernels
- 1 tsp Honey
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- 300 g lamb's lettuce
- 200 g Bündner Fleisch (cut into very thin slices)

Peel the orange, removing the white pith and separating the fruit segments from the membranes. Squeeze out any remaining juice and collect it.

Roast the walnuts in a hot pan until fragrant, remove, cool, and chop.

Finely chop the orange segments as well. Mix the chopped oranges with the walnuts, collected orange juice, honey, and olive oil. Season with a pinch of salt to taste.

Wash, rinse, dry, and pat the lamb's lettuce dry. Divide it among small bowls, drizzle with the dressing, and arrange the Bündner Fleisch slices decoratively on top. Serve with toasted white bread slices if desired.
