Rainbow Porridge

The Rainbow Porridge by Spoonsparrow keeps you full for a long time thanks to its high fiber and protein content.

Ingredients

  • 800 ml milk (1.5% fat)
  • 180 g soft rolled oats
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 200 g Raspberries
  • 75 g blueberries
  • 1 plum
  • 3 apricots
  • 120 g pineapple chunks
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 40 g almond butter (2 tbsp)
  • 100 g low-fat quark

Instructions

    Heat the milk in a saucepan. Stir in oats and cinnamon, simmer for 2–3 minutes over medium heat. Then reduce to low heat and let it thicken for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Meanwhile wash and pat dry the raspberries and blueberries. Wash, halve, pit, and finely chop the plum and apricots. Dice the pineapple into small cubes. Peel and cut the kiwi into small pieces.

    Add honey, almond butter, and quark to the porridge and stir well. Serve the porridge in bowls, arrange the fruits by color on top, and enjoy immediately.
