Ingredients
- 500 g radish
- 250 g radishes
- Salts
- 400 g smoked trout fillet (skinless)
- 2 slices toast bread
- 1 handful young spinach
- 2 sprigs dill
- 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 5 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp freshly grated horseradish
- 1 pinch sugar
Instructions

Peel the radish and cut it lengthwise into long, fine strips or shave. Wash, trim, and slice or shave the radishes finely as well. Salt both and let them sit in water for about 10 minutes. Then pat dry and arrange decoratively on plates. Flake the trout and scatter over the salad.
