Raclette with Pear and Cheese

The raclette with pear and cheese is quick to prepare and especially enjoyable in winter!

Ingredients

  • 4 pears
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 250 g Camembert
  • 100 g lingonberries (from jar)

Instructions

    Wash the pears, remove the core, and slice lengthwise into about 1 cm thick slices. Mix the honey with the lemon juice and brush the pear surfaces with it. Arrange on a plate. Slice the cheese into about 1 cm thick slices and arrange on another plate. Fill a small bowl with lingonberries and set aside with the pears and cheese for raclette.

    Place several pear slices in a raclette pan, add some lingonberries on top, cover with cheese, and heat until melted.
