- 250 g red quinoa
- Salt
- 300 g cauliflower
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 red bell pepper
- 20 g dill (1 bunch)
- 150 g feta cheese
- 2 tbsp argan oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon (juice)
- Pepper

Rinse the quinoa thoroughly under hot water in a sieve. Then cook according to package instructions in salted water.

Meanwhile, clean and wash the cauliflower, then chop it finely. Wash, trim, and dice the tomatoes. Wash, trim, and dice the bell pepper. Wash dill, shake dry, and pluck the tips. Set aside some dill for garnish. Crumble the feta cheese.
