Ingredients
- 3 quince
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp cranberries
- 500 g goat cheese roll
- 150 g walnut kernels
- 1 tsp raw cane sugar powder

Wash the quince, pat dry and slice into very thin rounds. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with salt. Marinate for at least 10 minutes.

Heat butter in a pan and briefly sauté the quince slices. Place them in four small oval baking dishes if needed greased, then top each with sliced goat cheese roll. Sprinkle cranberries over the cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 160 °C (fan: 140 °C; gas: level 2) for 5–10 minutes.

Remove from oven, sprinkle walnut kernels on top, dust with powdered sugar, and serve.
