Quick Pasta with Dried Tomatoes

The quick pasta with dried tomatoes delivers great flavors and healthy ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 100 g whole wheat pasta
  • Salt
  • 20 g arugula (0.25 bundle)
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 20 g dried tomatoes (4 dried tomatoes)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 5 g basil (4 stems)
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.

    Meanwhile wash the arugula and cherry tomatoes; spin the arugula dry and quarter the tomatoes. Peel the garlic and slice it thinly. Cut the dried tomatoes into strips. Heat the oil in a pan. Cook the garlic and dried tomatoes over low heat for about 5 minutes.

    Wash, shake dry, and chop the basil. Add it to the pasta in the pan, season with pepper, and toss once.

    Add the tomatoes and arugula over the pasta and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as desired.
