Ingredients
- 250 g frozen puff pastry
- 300 g meat sausage
- 2 onions (chopped)
- 1 bunch chives (cut into ribbons)
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 tbsp butter
- 150 ml whipping cream
- 2 Eggs
- 100 g grated cheese
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
Instructions

Sauté onions in hot butter, remove from heat and let cool.

Briefly blanch tomatoes with hot water, peel, quarter, core and slice into strips.

Remove skin from the sausage and dice it.

Whisk cream with eggs and cheese. Season strongly with salt and pepper. Stir in onions and chives.

Roll out pastry as needed and place in a quiche pan, forming a rim about 3 cm high. Distribute tomatoes and sausage on the pastry and pour over the egg mixture. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C fan for about 35-40 minutes until golden brown. Let rest briefly before cutting.
