Ingredients

  • 150 g peas (frozen or fresh)
  • Salt
  • 50 g Baby Spinach
  • 6 Eggs
  • 400 g cooked rice (about 180 g raw)
  • pepper (ground)
  • butter (for the pan)
  • 4 slices goat cheese roll

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan). Blanch the peas in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes, then shock them in ice water. Wash the spinach, dry it, and cut into thin strips.

    Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Mix in the drained peas, spinach, and rice. Butter a tart pan and spread the rice mixture inside. Top with goat cheese slices and bake in the preheated oven for 35–40 minutes.
