Ingredients
- 200 g Whole Wheat Flour
- 80 g cold butter
- 1 egg
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 4 tbsp milk
- flour (for work surface)
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 200 g Sour Cream
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 3 eggs
- 8 tbsp chopped wild garlic
- 4 Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 wild garlic leaf

Knead flour, cold butter cut into small pieces, egg, salt and milk. Roll out the dough and line the bottom and 3 cm high rim of a greased pan with it, then chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Mix quark, cream cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper, pressed garlic and eggs well, then fold in the wild garlic.

Spread the mixture over the shortcrust dough, top with tomatoes. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (middle rack) for about 60 minutes, then let rest for another 10 minutes in the turned-off oven. Serve garnished with a wild garlic leaf.
