Pumpkin Ice Cream

Try our delicious pumpkin ice cream from Spoonsparrow! Pumpkin flesh is rich in beta-carotene. Good for cellular protection!
Ingredients
- 4 medium frozen bananas
- 250 g pumpkin
- 90 ml maple syrup
- 0.5 tbsp pumpkin spice (seasoning)
- 4 tbsp chopped almond kernels
Instructions

Add bananas, pumpkin puree, 80 ml maple syrup and pumpkin spice to a stand mixer and blend until smooth. Alternatively, pour into a tall container and blend with an immersion blender.

Transfer the pumpkin ice cream mixture into a shallow plastic container, spread it evenly, and drizzle with remaining maple syrup. Freeze for at least one hour.

Serve on small bowls and garnish with chopped almonds immediately.
