Ingredients
- 250 ml milk
- 100 ml whipping cream (30%)
- 100 g dark chocolate (70%)
- 1 tbsp rum
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 40 g sugar
- 1 tsp Cornstarch
- a pinch of salt
- 50 g butter
- 150 g flour
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 200 ml whipping cream (30%)
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Heat the milk with the cream for the chocolate sauce, add the chopped chocolate and let it melt, stir in rum, cocoa powder and sugar. Whisk the cornstarch with 1 tbsp water until smooth, stir into the chocolate milk and heat again (do not boil!). Then remove from heat and cool, stirring occasionally.
