- 4 slices of white press sack (from the butcher)
- 4 radishes
- 1 handful of chives
- 3 tbsp mild white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp neutral plant oil
- Salt
- white pepper
- 2 pretzels
- radishes
- sweet mustard
- beer
Instructions

For the dressing, wash, trim and finely chop the radishes. Wash the chives, dry them by shaking and cut into small rings.

Whisk together the vinegar and oil, add the radishes and chives, and season with salt and pepper. Place the press sack slices on a plate and pour the dressing over them. Garnish the plates with radishes. Serve fresh pretzels, mustard, and beer alongside the press sack.
