Ingredients

  • 250 g apricots
  • 250 g dried plums (pitted)
  • 125 g sugar
  • juice of one lemon
  • 500 ml brandy
  • 2 sticks cinnamon

Instructions

    Boil lemon juice with sugar, dissolve the sugar and simmer for about 1 minute, remove from heat and stir in the brandy.

    Wash apricots, rinse them, peel, halve and pit. Wash plums and pat dry. Layer apricots and plums in a glass jar, insert halved cinnamon sticks between layers, and fill with the brandy syrup.
