Ingredients

  • 600 g Potatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 750 ml vegetable broth
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
  • Salt
  • curry powder
  • white pepper
  • 150 g Smoked salmon

Instructions

    Peel and dice the potatoes. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Sauté both in hot oil briefly, then deglaze with the broth.

    Let simmer gently for about 15 minutes until the potatoes begin to break down but remain chunky. Remove from heat, stir in sour cream and parsley, season with salt, a pinch of curry powder, and white pepper.
