Potato snow with yogurt butter and dill: This vegetarian side dish provides high-quality protein, potassium, vitamin C, and is easy to digest.
Ingredients
- Yogurt butter
- 450 g waxy potatoes
- Salt
- 5 stalks dill
- 35 g yogurt butter
Instructions

Wash, peel, and boil the potatoes in salted water for about 20 minutes.

Rinse the dill, shake off excess moisture, and pluck the leaves. Preheat an oven to 75 °C (gas: level 1) and place a suitable serving bowl inside.

Drain the potatoes and steam them on a still-hot stove top by swirling in a pot.

Press half of the potatoes through a potato press into the preheated bowl.

Sprinkle half of the yogurt butter in flakes over the pressed potatoes, then distribute half of the dill leaves. Press the remaining potatoes into the bowl, adding the rest of the yogurt butter and dill on top.
